It's mid-February now and Moab's thick cold air has continued to leave
the town at rest... but not for long. The local scene is dazzled with energy
and anticipation for the desert to heat up again, trails to access, and endless
Moab adventures. The birds are chirping and we can finally see the light of
spring at the end of the tunnel!
While the trails were catching up one some much needed rest this winter,
Solfun has been busy prepping for the 2010 season. With our new fleet of
bikes and freshly updated package tours, we couldn't be more excited to take
you for a ride this year!
So far, Amasaback is the only ride locals have tested this February and it's been
beautiful! After such a long winter, local riders are appreciating the Amasaback
trail more then ever. We predict that Slickrock and Sovereign should be ready
to ride by next week (February 20th).
Trial and error has lead us to believe that the Kona Dawg is the best Moab rental
bike on the market today. We have 3 more 08' Specialized Stumpjumpers to sell
off, and a fleet of brand spanking new Kona Dawg Deluxes coming in tomorrow!
Better than chocolate.
Hopefully you are having fun getting ready for the mountain bike season! I know
