NOTE:

All tour reservations require a $250 deposit per person, except Full Day Tours ($140 deposit), and Half Day Tours ($100 deposit). Please call us at 800-940-8292 so we can answer any questions and take your payment information over the phone.

RESERVATIONS:

Solfun books trips on a first come, first serve basis on receipt of a $250.00 deposit per person. You can make reservations by phone with a credit card (Master Card or Visa) or mailing us a check. Your confirmation will be sent, along with a trip packet containing your trip itinerary, “What to Bring List”, and entertainment and dining recommendations in Moab. Payment of the remaining balance is due 30 days in advance of your tour. Tour groups are limited to 10 guests unless you book a custom tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations prior to 60 days before your tour will be refunded all monies paid less a $50 handling fee per person. Cancellations between 30 and 60 days before the start of your tour will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations less than 30 days before the tour will forfeit the full price of the tour. We adhere to our cancellations policy to protect our ability to run tours and to maintain our price structures. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

Solfun reserves the right to cancel any tour due to acts of nature, trail conditions, insufficient number of participants or unforeseen circumstances that would hinder our ability to operate a tour. If Solfun is unable to provide you with another trip that is satisfactory to you, all monies will be cheerfully refunded and shall constitute full settlement with you. Solfun is not responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred by a guest in relation to a cancelled tour including costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations, sickness and non-refundable air tickets and any penalties associated with such tickets.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE:

We recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against trip cancellation due to medical emergencies, loss or damage of baggage, non-refundable air transportation, emergency medical expense or other unforeseen emergencies. You can purchase travel insurance online (“travel cancellation insurance”) or through your travel agent. Visa provides excellent cancellation insurance.
