Porcupine Rim

Porcupine Rim is one of Moab’s classics for the strong rider with good technical skills. It is about 3 miles of mostly slick rock uphill followed by 12 miles of gonzo downhill, including several miles of technical single track. Views include Castle Valley with Castleton Tower and it’s volcanic Round Mountain.
Bartlett Wash

As you’ll see in our photos, this is a surreal red rock playground. You can enjoy it as an intermediate rider or ramp it up to advanced moves on some of the “curves and swerves”. You’ll want plenty of photos!
Sovereign Trail

One of our favorites! Single track with slick rock and some nice technical moves. Can do as a loop or even better, we like the return mostly downhill on the single track and slick rock. One of Moab’s best new rides.
Klondike Bluffs

A moderate ride with mostly slick rock (Watch for dinosaur tracks!). The trail stops at a beautiful overlook of Arches National Park. We typically walk a short way into the Park for lunch and plenty of photo opps of the red and white hoodoo formations.

Moab Slickrock Trail

This skate board park for hardy mountain bikers put Moab on the map. It is a 2.5 to 12 mile, world class loop. You’ll ride over petrified sand dunes with a whole new perspective on mountain biking. We’ll show you some high traction technique on this amazing sandstone surface.
Amasa Back

This is a very fun ride with lots of slick rock ramps and lips both up and down the trail. Impressive views in all directions including the Behind the Rocks and the Colorado River Canyon. The downhill return is a dream. Yahaa!
Monitor & Merrimac

This is one of the most dramatic, scenic rides in Moab. It has a huge variety of slick rock with some route finding through short sections of packed sand. This is a great first day ride if you are new to Moab…… great place to learn slickrock (95%) and sand (5%) riding techniques. Lots of kodachrome moments!
Kokopelli Downhill

This beautiful downhill travels through alpine Ponderosa forests, sandstone hoodoo sculptures and more sculpted sandstone beauty. Check out the photos of this easy, fun and very scenic tour.
